Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m an established person-centred counsellor, which means if you decide to start sessions with me, I think you know yourself better than anyone else. My role, is to create a relationship with you that allows you to feel really heard, listened to and supported in finding the answers to help you decide on the best ways to move forward in your life. I have a particular interest in how the difficult experiences we have can shape our futures, and how we can build happy, strong lives despite difficulty.
