I will always keep a limited number of discretionary concession slots open, for students, NHS workers and individuals with a lower household income as is my belief to pay kindness forwards; please let me know if you’d like to take one of these spaces.

Creative, supportive and child-led counselling sessions available online and in the Southend area, Essex, UK. I currently work with children over the age of 11 and teenagers face to face for a range of issues.
I want to listen, without any judgement in order to understand you just as you are. You can bring your WHOLE self to counselling, whether that’s suited and booted, in your joggers, sweary or not.
Whether you want to work on things quickly, or longer term – that’s okay. There’s no set amount of time you have to attend sessions for – but some things take time. It’s something we can work out together – with no pressure.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a person-centred counsellor, which means if you decide to start sessions with me; I think you know yourself better than anyone else. My role, is to create a relationship with you that allows you to feel really heard, listened to and supported in finding the answers to help you decide on the best ways to move forward in your life. I have a particular interest in how the difficult experiences we have can shape our futures, and how we can build happy, strong lives despite difficulty.
