Why work with me?

I want to listen, without any judgement in order to understand you just as you are. You can bring your WHOLE self to counselling, whether that’s suited and booted, in your joggers, sweary or not.

Whether you want to work on things quickly, or longer term – that’s okay. There’s no set amount of time you have to attend sessions for – but some things take time. It’s something we can work out together – with no pressure.

About Me

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a person-centred counsellor, which means if you decide to start sessions with me; I think you know yourself better than anyone else. My role, is to create a relationship with you that allows you to feel really heard, listened to and supported in finding the answers to help you decide on the best ways to move forward in your life. I have a particular interest in how the difficult experiences we have can shape our futures, and how we can build happy, strong lives despite difficulty.
