We start with where you are, and together, figure out where you want to go.
When you begin, we start wherever you are, unsure, messy, or clear. You share what feels right in the moment, at your own pace, and I listen without rushing you or telling you what you should feel.
Everything you bring is noticed and received. You won’t be judged or corrected, just heard. You can be honest, messy, quiet, or emotional; the space is yours.
As we talk, patterns, triggers, and possibilities naturally come into view. You decide what feels useful and what to explore next. I hold the space and the structure, so you don’t have to, but every step is guided by your pace and what you need.
Sessions are gentle but contained. You can relax into being seen, knowing that nothing has to be solved immediately. You are in charge of what you take from the work, and I support you every step of the way.
