Is relaxed, not too formal and will let you take your time whilst being supportive and providing a safe container to figure things out.

How does therapy look?

  • You don’t need to know exactly what it is you want to talk about

  • You might just feel like you want to do ‘something’ and that’s okay.

  • We start with where you are, and together, figure out where you want to go.

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place online or in therapy rooms in Southend-on-Sea for in-person sessions.
  • All you need to do is get in touch 

What's it like to work together?

When you begin, we start wherever you are, unsure, messy, or clear. You share what feels right in the moment, at your own pace, and I listen without rushing you or telling you what you should feel.

Everything you bring is noticed and received. You won’t be judged or corrected, just heard. You can be honest, messy, quiet, or emotional; the space is yours.

As we talk, patterns, triggers, and possibilities naturally come into view. You decide what feels useful and what to explore next. I hold the space and the structure, so you don’t have to, but every step is guided by your pace and what you need.

Sessions are gentle but contained. You can relax into being seen, knowing that nothing has to be solved immediately. You are in charge of what you take from the work, and I support you every step of the way.

I work with adults who want to feel more alive in their own lives and be a little freer of old patterns that hold them back. Life has its ups and downs, and I know how hard it can feel at times. It’s a privilege to be part of someone’s journey, even for a short while, and I’m here to hold the space for you, without judgment, pressure, or expectation
