How We Work - Team Workshop

A practical, human-led workshop for small teams who want to work better together

When nothing is "wrong", but something feels off

High-functioning teams often look calm from the outside.

Deadlines are met.
People care.
The pace is fast.

What’s less visible is how much gets held in.

Unasked questions.
Small irritations.
Differences quietly worked around.

Over time, that costs more energy than it saves.

This workshop creates space to understand how each person works, how pressure affects communication, and how small patterns can quietly shape team culture.

This is for:

  • Founder-led teams

  • Creative studios

  • Small businesses (5–12 people)

  • Teams who work closely and think fast

  • People who care deeply about what they’re building

This isn’t corporate training or box-ticking wellbeing.

It’s practical, reflective and grounded in real relational dynamics.

In the room, we explore:

  • How different working styles show up under pressure
  • What goes unspoken and why
  • How friction develops between capable people
  • Clearer ways to communicate differences
  • How to build shared language around how you work

This is not therapy. It’s structured, facilitated group work designed to increase clarity and reduce unnecessary strain.

Format:

  • Half-day workshop (3–4 hours)
  • In-person
  • Up to 12 participants
  • Includes pre-session discovery call
